  14. This may sound like a cop out, but it is not that easy to explain and there 
  15. are a lot of things to consider.  May I suggest that you purchase a good book 
  16. on C++ programming for Windows like "Teach Yourself Windows95 programming in 
  17. 21 days - SAMS by Charles Calvert".  This is an excellent book and will 
  18. explain everything you need to know.
